Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Diff, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Diff per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the application
  • Use the application for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the application
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the application to another person or "mirror" the application on any other server

Beta Testing

Diff is currently in beta. By using the application, you acknowledge that:

  • The application may contain bugs or errors
  • Features may change or be removed without notice
  • We may collect feedback and usage data to improve the product
  • Service may be interrupted or unavailable at times

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Diff. We do not claim ownership of your notes, files, or any other content you generate. Your content is stored locally on your device and we do not have access to it unless you explicitly share it with us for support purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Diff:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Diff, a Diff employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the application

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DIFF OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

Data Backup

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While Diff stores your notes locally on your device, we recommend regular backups to prevent data loss.

Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using Diff, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
